Disclaimer: The terms below outline operational rules for booking and stay at Yolonest Wing A & B. Final binding terms are defined in your digitally executed Residential Licence Agreement.

1. Booking & Token Amount

Payment of the token/application amount reserves the selected bed or flat for up to 72 hours. During this period, the applicant must submit KYC documents and digitally execute the licence agreement. The token amount is adjusted against the security deposit upon confirmation.

2. Security Deposit & Refund Policy

The security deposit is interest-free and refundable upon check-out, subject to fulfillment of the agreed lock-in period (default 3 months), submission of a 30-day prior written notice, and clearance of all electricity and maintenance dues with no damage to property assets.

3. House Rules & Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are maintained from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM to accommodate shift workers and IT personnel. Consumption or storage of drugs, illicit substances, or indoor smoking is strictly forbidden and results in immediate contract termination without deposit refund.

4. Food and Meal Service

Yolonest does not provide cooking, food menus, or meal plans. Residents have access to commercial water purifiers and may order food independently from external providers.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
