1. Information We Collect

When you schedule a visit, submit an enquiry, or book an accommodation at Yolonest Co-living PG (Wing A or Wing B, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune), we collect personal information including your full name, phone number, email address, corporate/college affiliation, emergency contact details, and government-issued KYC documents (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID).

2. Purpose of Collection

Your information is collected solely to:

Coordinate scheduled visits and respond to property enquiries.
Process room bookings, generate digital licence agreements, and maintain residential safety.
Comply with local police verification and residential co-living regulatory norms in Maharashtra.
Issue rent invoices and digital payment receipts.

3. KYC Document Protection & Storage

Uploaded KYC documents are stored in secure, private directories outside public web roots. Access is strictly restricted to authorized administrators and the resident who uploaded them. We do not sell, rent, or trade resident data to third-party marketing companies.

4. Payment Security

All online payments (token advances, security deposits, and monthly rent) are processed via compliant payment gateway providers (e.g. Razorpay). Yolonest does not store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on its application database.
