🏠 Can family members or friends stay overnight?
Yes, occasional guests are welcome. Family members or friends may stay for up to 2 days free of charge, provided the management is informed in advance.
For stays exceeding 2 days, a guest charge of ₹300 per day will apply.
For the safety and comfort of all residents, any guest staying without prior approval or intentionally staying without paying the applicable guest charges may result in a penalty and additional charges as determined by management.
🔐 What is the lock and key policy?
Management will provide a lock and keys for the flat. Residents may choose to use the flat's inbuilt interlock system at their own discretion.
If the inbuilt interlock is used and any technical issues, lockouts, damage, or loss of keys occur, the resident will be solely responsible for resolving the issue and bearing any associated costs.
Management will not be responsible for providing assistance, repairs, or replacement services related to the inbuilt interlock system.
Any lock, key, or access device provided by management must be returned at the time of move-out. Charges may apply for lost, damaged, or unreturned items.
⚡ Are electricity charges included in the rent?
No. Electricity charges are borne by PG residents and shared on a split basis among occupants.
🔌 Are there any additional electricity charges for personal appliances?
Yes. If a resident uses high-power appliances such as a personal AC, induction cooktop, heater, or similar equipment, they will be responsible for 65% of the total electricity bill of the flat due to the higher electricity consumption generated by such appliances.
🛠 How quickly are maintenance issues resolved?
Any maintenance or service-related issue reported to management will be addressed within 24 hours.
📅 Is there a minimum stay period?
Yes. The minimum lock-in period is 3 months from the date of move-in.
🚪 What happens if I leave before completing the lock-in period?
If you vacate before completing the 3-month lock-in period, the security deposit will not be refundable.
💰 When is the monthly rent due?
Rent must be paid in advance on or before the 3rd day of every month.
⏳ Is there a late payment charge?
A late fee of ₹500 per day applies for rent payments made after the 3rd day of the month.
💳 What payment is required before move-in?
The first month's rent and security deposit must be paid together before move-in.
📢 How much notice should I give before moving out?
Residents must provide 30 days' advance notice before vacating. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
🛏 What if any furniture or property is damaged?
Any damage caused due to misuse or negligence may be charged to the resident and deducted from the security deposit.
✨ Are there any community guidelines?
Residents are expected to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a respectful living environment.
🚫 Can my stay be terminated by management?
Illegal activities, nuisance, or misconduct affecting other residents may result in termination of stay.
