Monthly rent includes your furnished room/flat occupancy, high-speed Wi-Fi, regular housekeeping of rooms and common spaces, access to the gym area and gaming zone, power backup for essential fixtures and lifts, and 24x7 water purifier access. Note: Food/meals are not provided at Yolonest.
The security deposit is typically equal to two months of license fees (as configured per room). It is 100% refundable at checkout subject to completion of the minimum lock-in period, a valid 30-day notice, and clear dues with no property damages. Refunds are tracked in your resident portal and processed within 7 bank working days.
The standard minimum stay (lock-in period) is 3 months, and the notice period is 30 days prior to your intended checkout date. Shorter terms may be considered upon administrator review for specific corporate project requirements.
Visitors and family members are welcome in the ground floor lounge and common reception areas from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To protect the privacy and safety of all co-living residents, overnight external guests are not permitted in sharing rooms.
You will need: (1) Government photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID), (2) Permanent address proof, (3) Recent passport-sized photograph, (4) Corporate employee ID card / Offer letter (or college ID if student), and (5) Emergency contact details. All documents are securely submitted and stored privately.
We accept online payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway. To maintain transparent audit records and match reference standards, cash payments are strictly disabled by default.
Yes, dedicated two-wheeler parking is complimentary for residents in both Wing A and Wing B. Four-wheeler parking is subject to available bay slots and can be allocated by the administrator upon request.
Furnished PG options include an individual solid cot with a comfortable ortho mattress, personal wardrobe with lock, study table and chair (in private rooms and select setups), ceiling fans, and curtain sets. 1BHK furnished flats additionally feature living room seating and kitchen counter fixtures.
No. Subletting, transferring occupancy, or sharing room access with non-registered persons is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate breach of agreement leading to contract termination without deposit refund.
No. Yolonest Co-living PG does not provide food, catering, or meal plans. Both Wing A and Wing B are surrounded by premier cloud kitchens, restaurants, and grocery supermarkets in Hinjewadi Phase 1, and residents enjoy complete flexibility to order or dine out.
